Stylus Pencil does not write

Applies to: Add-ons · Formcase Stylus Pencil
  1. Charge: Fully charge the pen.
  2. Switch on: If your pen has a button, use it to switch the pen on.
  3. Compatibility: The Formcase Stylus Pencil is made for iPads from 2018 onwards. Check your model under Settings › General › About.
  4. Another pencil connected? If an Apple Pencil is connected at the same time, disconnect it in the Bluetooth settings as a test.
  5. Tip: Screw the tip in firmly; replace worn tips.
